De-a lungul deceniilor, rela\u021biile dintre China \u0219i UE s-au extins prin dialogul comercial, coordonarea afacerilor externe \u0219i cooperarea \u00een domeniul schimb\u0103rilor climatice. \u00cens\u0103, \u00een noua etap\u0103 a concuren\u021bei globale, UE consider\u0103 din ce \u00een ce mai mult China drept un concurent economic \u0219i un rival sistemic.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1d701bb9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1d701bb9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Guvernele europene \u0219i func\u021bionarii UE acord\u0103 acum prioritate securit\u0103\u021bii economice. Comisia European\u0103, Parlamentul European \u0219i Serviciul European de Ac\u021biune Extern\u0103 promoveaz\u0103 o abordare &#8222;de-risk&#8221;: reducerea dependen\u021bei acolo unde lan\u021burile de aprovizionare critice creeaz\u0103 vulnerabilitate. Aceasta include materiile prime critice, p\u0103m\u00e2nturile rare \u0219i produc\u021bia strategic\u0103.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b6ebc85 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9b6ebc85\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cu toate acestea, rela\u021biile bilaterale r\u0103m\u00e2n masive. Importurile UE din China \u0219i exporturile UE c\u0103tre China definesc rela\u021bia comercial\u0103. \u00cen 2024, comer\u021bul bilateral cu bunuri \u00eentre China \u0219i UE a atins aproximativ 732 de miliarde EUR, subliniind amploarea interdependen\u021bei lor economice.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-93601083 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"93601083\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><strong>Adev\u0103rul produc\u021biei \u00een sistemele de stocare a energiei<\/strong><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dddd08f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dddd08f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>&#8222;Produc\u021bia UE&#8221; a devenit un simbol politic. Cu toate acestea, \u00een sistemele de stocare a energiei, adev\u0103rul este m\u0103surabil: Europa integreaz\u0103, China produce. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c964940e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c964940e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u021a\u0103rile europene anun\u021b\u0103 produc\u021bia local\u0103, dar companiile chineze furnizeaz\u0103 cea mai valoroas\u0103 component\u0103: elementele de baterie. Aceast\u0103 dependen\u021b\u0103 persist\u0103 chiar \u0219i atunci c\u00e2nd asamblarea final\u0103 are loc \u00een Germania, Fran\u021ba, Italia, \u021a\u0103rile de Jos sau \u00een alte state membre ale UE. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7a14de0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b7a14de0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><strong>1) \u021a\u0103rile europene asambleaz\u0103. China produce. <\/strong><\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ec635b34 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ec635b34\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Majoritatea sistemelor de stocare &#8222;fabricate \u00een UE&#8221; sunt linii de asamblare final\u0103. Companiile europene integreaz\u0103 containere, rafturi, sisteme de r\u0103cire \u0219i cabluri de control, \u00eens\u0103 modulele de baterii \u0219i celulele de baterii sunt de obicei importate din China. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d1b74cba elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d1b74cba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Lan\u021bul de aprovizionare este dominat de companii chineze precum <strong>CATL<\/strong>, <strong>EVE<\/strong>, <strong>BYD<\/strong>, <strong>REPT<\/strong>, <strong>Gotion<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>CALB<\/strong>. Ace\u0219ti produc\u0103tori opereaz\u0103 la o scar\u0103 pe care Europa nu o poate egala \u00een prezent. \u00centr-un sistem utilitar, celulele reprezint\u0103 de obicei 60-70% din costul total. Ast\u0103zi este un standard de inginerie. Fabricile chineze func\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu automatizare extrem\u0103, trasabilitate, control al loturilor \u0219i disciplin\u0103 industrial\u0103.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c8c860cd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c8c860cd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pentru cump\u0103r\u0103tori, acest lucru conteaz\u0103 mai mult dec\u00e2t steagurile. Investi\u021biile chineze au creat cea mai rezistent\u0103 baz\u0103 industrial\u0103 din lume. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1ec50e39 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1ec50e39\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Acest ecosistem scurteaz\u0103 termenele de execu\u021bie \u0219i stabilizeaz\u0103 pre\u021burile. Numeroase proiecte europene de stocare respect\u0103 calendarul doar datorit\u0103 lan\u021bului de aprovizionare legat de China.
